Therapy for Overwhelmed Women in Washington State.

You’re holding everything together for everyone else, but inside you feel anxious, depleted, and stretched past your limits.

Online therapy for women experiencing anxiety, burnout, and emotional overload.

Who I Help

This work is for women who are doing more than they can keep up with.

You’re always the strong one.

But you’re starting to feel like you’re losing yourself in the process.

You never feel like you get a break.

There’s constant pressure to keep everything running smoothly, and it never seems to stop.

It’s hard to slow down or step back.

Asking for help feels difficult, and you feel responsible for everyone else.

On the outside you’re functioning.

But inside there’s anxiety, irritability, or a sense of guilt.

You resent how much you’re handling.

Even though you care deeply, it can feel like too much is expected of you.

You want to feel like yourself again.

Calmer, more present, and not running on empty.

In therapy, we focus on understanding the patterns that keep you overextended and helping you create a more sustainable way of living.

How We Work Together

We focus on understanding what keeps you stuck in cycles of pressure and over-responsibility.

We look at patterns like perfectionism, over functioning, and difficulty setting limits, as adaptations that once made sense.

From there, we begin to understand where these patterns come from, so your experience starts to make sense instead of feeling like something is wrong with you.

Over time, we work toward shifting how you relate to rest, responsibility, and expectations, so life feels more manageable and less constantly “on.”

This isn’t about adding more coping strategies. It’s about changing the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode.
