Therapy for Overwhelmed Women in Washington State.

You’re holding everything together for everyone else, but inside you feel anxious, depleted, and stretched past your limits.

Online therapy for women experiencing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and chronic stress.

Who I Help

This work is for women who have built their lives around being reliable, capable, and emotionally responsible for others. Over time, that role can become so automatic that it’s hard to notice where your own needs end and everyone else’s begin.

For many women, what starts as competence and strength gradually turns into a constant internal pressure to stay ahead of everything.

You’re always the strong one.

You’re the person others rely on to handle things and keep everything moving forward.

It’s starting to feel harder to keep up.

Internally, you’re taking on more than anyone sees, mentally tracking everything, anticipating needs, and feeling like you can’t take a break.

Your mind doesn’t shut off even when you try to rest.

You may notice irritability, emotional exhaustion, or a constant sense of pressure that makes it hard to be present.

Even rest doesn't feel restorative anymore.

You might find yourself exhausted but wired, sleeping poorly, or feeling like you never recover from the demands of the day.

Over time, it feels like something has to change.

Not because you’re failing, but because the way you’ve been holding it all together isn’t sustainable.

You want to feel like yourself again, calmer, more present and not running on empty.

Not just coping better, but actually more grounded and able to rest without guilt or pressure

In therapy, we focus on understanding the patterns that keep you overloaded and helping you create a more sustainable way of living.

How We Work Together

We focus on understanding what keeps you stuck in cycles of pressure, chronic stress and pressure.

We look at patterns like perfectionism, over functioning, and difficulty setting limits as adaptations that developed for understandable reasons over time.

From there, we begin make sense of where these patterns come from and how they contribute to anxiety, relationship strain, and burnout.

Over time, the goal is not simply to “cope better,” but to shift the internal patterns that keep you overextending yourself.

This work helps you relate differently to rest, responsibility, and your emotional needs, so life feels less constantly “on.”
